My wife and I found a house we were interested in buying on a web page online. We were looking to move to South Carolina from New York at the time. We stumbled upon Lorraine while driving by a house listed by Lorraine. We called the number and did not get a voice mail, we got Lorraine. After she answered all our questions, she asked if we had a Buyer's Agent. Well, we had signed to sell our house with someone else. We had no intention of having the Realtor who listed our house, help us find one. We told Lorraine we may not sell our house easily, it had been on the market for sometime, we were "window shopping" for our new home. She was a breath of fresh air, the absolute opposite of our experience with the other agent!
If I had to describe Lorraine in one word, it's passionate. She is passionate about her work, Lorraine enjoys her job, and it was a pleasure to look at homes with her. Always easy to contact, responds very quickly, and we never once felt like we couldn't ask her to show us any home. Some stretched from one end of the county to the other. Sometimes my husband and I wouldn't be looking for the same "type" of house. I always felt she just wanted us to be happy, and get the best deal possible. I told my husband, "we must be her favorites." That was until I spoke with some of her other clients. She treated them as well, too!
Well to sum up our experience, our listing ran out with our previous Realtor. We listed with Lorraine, she sold our house in a short time and found us our dream house. We love our house, and Lorraine negotiated an incredible deal.
I just recommended her to some friends, and she is finalizing the purchase of their new home now. We don't want to move again for some time, but when we do, Lorraine will definitely be the first person we call.

We looked for just the right piece of lake property for years. We had unusual requirements with big expectations. We also worked with many Realtors over the years and never had one that wanted to really search out the right place for us. They would show us a property or two then move on.
